Our Facilities and Asset Services team has an opportunity for a contemporary Education Contract Manager to drive transformation within this NSW Schools PPP located in North Ryde, NSW. You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of facilities and asset management services across 9 public schools in NSW that are operated under a PPP model. Reporting to the General Manager – Schools, you will be accountable for driving results through strong partnerships, collaborative leadership, and alignment with business priorities.
This role is based in Downer’s North Ryde office and it requires frequent travel throughout NSW to the schools within the portfolio and national travel a couple of times a year as a member of the H&E National Leadership Team.

You are a contemporary, collaborative, solutions oriented, and outcomes driven professional, with a track record of successfully navigating complexity and driving performance and transformation. You will also have;
- Demonstrated experience of delivering performance for complex service organisations or contracts
- A proven ability to build strong lasting stakeholder relationships
- Experience in delivering results and innovative solutions in large complex organisations.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexible and versatile
- Exposure to commercial negotiations within a complex environment
- Tertiary education or extensive experience in a related field (Engineering, Construction, Commerce, Project Management or other relevant discipline).
